UUIDs/tags for Services at Top Organizational Level

Want to be able to identify similar services across brands with a single identifier. Something that will allow brands to name services whatever they want but have a consistent ID for easy comparison across brands. We also discussed having tags where multiple services can be assigned similar tags for better grouping in our reporting Ex. SE region has 3-4 different mold services but they are all mold.
