Use inspection defect and deficiency data for marketing (e.g. newsletters, agent content)

Users want a way for marketing (or the right people) to pull or receive data on what deficiencies or defects are being found in inspections—for example, "most common issues in Atlanta"—so they can use it in quarterly newsletters to agents, local market content, or other marketing. The data exists in the product but is not currently available in a form that marketing can use.

Why it matters: Agents and partners find this kind of local, data-backed content valuable, and it helps marketing demonstrate value without manual data gathering.
