Tracking Quote Follow Up Activities

In Spectora we have a number of custom fields that we use to track if follow up activities (calls, emails texts) we completed, when they were completed and by who. It would be great if we could do the same thing within the quote worklist and be able to filter the quotes on the worklist by follow up status. Sarah could give an overview of what we do currently in Spectora.
