Thumbtack journey: education, handyman vs specialist, and submission timing

Agents were overwhelmed by contractor calls when submitting many categories at once. Improve journey: (1) Clear education that "contractors will contact you" and opt-in/acknowledgment. (2) Prefer handyman for most repairs; recommend specialist for big-ticket (e.g. roof, HVAC). (3) Group categories to reduce number of submissions/calls. (4) Ask Thumbtack if submission can be delayed (e.g. batch over time) so calls aren't all at once. (5) Consider Quick Fix for rapid quote where Thumbtack is for bigger items. Make it very clear what will happen when they hit submit.
