Service Level Custom Info Fields

Similar to custom fields in Spectora, each service needs specific info. Some of these can cross over I.E. housing type, number of systems etc. But can also relate directly to modifiers.

These should pop up on the order form. There also needs to be a way to link these directly to a custom field value in spectora.
