Users want to add photos for repair or quote items from their phone (e.g. by email, text, or a QR link) so the photos show up in the portal without having to get on a computer, and can then be attached to the right item when requesting quotes.
Why it matters: Clients and agents say they often take photos on-site and find it cumbersome to get them onto a computer and into the portal.
