Users want visibility into the status of Pay at Close (PAC) transactions after inspection and funding so that client care can answer client questions when clients call them first instead of the payment company. The payment partner has indicated they do not currently expose transaction status but could push internal processing statuses to Attik if there is a place to display them—opening a conversation about what that integration might look like would allow client care to see where a client's payment stands without redirecting the client elsewhere.
Why it matters: Client care teams are often the first point of contact when clients have questions about their PAC payment; having this visibility in Attik reduces back-and-forth and improves the client experience.
