See inspector limitations in one place on the calendar (e.g. on hover at inspector name)

Users want a single place on the calendar where they can see any limitations noted for each inspector (e.g. crawl, pool, no crawl)—instead of those limitations cluttering time slots. Showing them on hover at the inspector's name (similar to ISN) would keep the view clean while keeping the information accessible.

Addendum – recording limitations: For this to work, Attik also needs a way to initially record and store these limitations per inspector so the calendar (and any hover/display) knows what to show. Scope should include both where to display limitations on the calendar and how schedulers or admins first capture and maintain that data in Attik.

Why it matters: Schedulers need to quickly see who can do what without the calendar becoming hard to read; having one place to view and one place to record limitations keeps scheduling accurate and the UI usable.
