Scheduler Feedback for Missing Items

If something is missing, the user has no way of knowing but the button is disabled.

2 things.
1. Use the verification state to show whats missing. Either when hovering the button or somewhere else.
2. If the zillow property is searched and not found, then make the form boxes red for sqft and year.
