Users want to see scheduler-level metrics for a variety of time periods (week, month, quarter, year) without building custom exports every time. They are asking for either a dashboard in Attik that shows these numbers or a reliable export (or prebuilt report) that gives the same metrics— on aggregate and by individual scheduler—including: DPO (Revenue booked/total scheduling opportunities), Close Rate, 1 Call Close %, Upsell Rate, Total Revenue, .
