Revamp Automation/Auto Task issue

Users want action flows (or other automation) to create tasks automatically when certain events happen—for example when a job is confirmed, when a report is completed, or when a payment is received. Today, tasks may need to be created or checked manually; users are asking for a way to have the system create the right tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.

Why it matters: Automatically creating tasks from actions keeps follow-up work visible and reduces manual steps for staff and managers.
