Question - Will there be a way an inspector can submit for a trip fee on a canceled inspection if no fee kept in order and inspection is canceled out?

This scenario would be if the inspector drives out to an inspection but it gets cancelled as they are on their way, or once they arrive, and we decide to $0 the order and cancel it.
