In the past we have had agents schedule online using the client’s name but the agent’s contact information. In Spectora this caused issues because there would be client and agent profiles with the same email address.
I am assuming that if the agent is already in Attik as a contact they will not be allowed to create a contact for their client with the same email address, correct? However there would be an issue if the agent was not already in Attik as a contact and then as a part of finalizing the order someone tries to add the Agent as a contact. I am assuming in this scenario we would also not be allowed to do this as the agent’s email is already in use on the client’s contact profile?
Just trying to clarify so I can let Cat/Sarah know and they can decide how to instruct client care.
