Users want a condition in action flows so that messages (e.g. emails) are not sent more than once to the same person when they are on the job in more than one roleโfor example when one contact is both the buying agent and the listing agent. Today, flows can fire per role and send duplicate emails to that contact.
Why it matters: Clients and agents should not receive the same email twice when they appear on a job in multiple roles (e.g. BA and LA).
