Overview of Attik features by role for training (all users, office staff, inspectors, managers)

Users and the training team need a single overview of all Attik features that people will need to be familiar with, so the team knows what to train on and what to combine or separate into modules (see SE Attik Meeting Feb 25, 2026 – items 29–32). The deliverable is a clear list or map of features grouped by who needs to know them: All users, Office staff only, Inspectors, and Managers (high-permission users). This is not step-by-step training yet—it's the high-level "what" and "for whom," which will drive the training module sheet (screenshot/video/live demo, manager vs team member, who does what), the online scheduler session and test orders, and manager-only sections per module.

Why it matters: Without a shared overview by role, training can miss key features for some audiences or over-train others; this overview keeps modules aligned and makes it clear what's required for managers vs office staff vs inspectors vs everyone.
