For client-facing copy in the online scheduler, “additional services” (or similar) is clearer and more universal than “addons.”
Why:
“Addons” is common in industry and in software (“add-on,” “add-on service”), but many consumers don’t use that word for “extra things I can book.” It can feel a bit insider-y.
“Additional services” is plain English: it clearly means “more services you can add to this appointment.” It works for anyone, regardless of industry.
Alternatives that stay non-jargon and client-friendly:
“Additional services” – clear and neutral.
“Optional services” – emphasizes “you can add these if you want.”
“Extra services” – very casual and clear.
“Add more services” (as button/link text) – action-oriented and obvious.
