Online Scheduler: 'Base Price' Misleading

Users have reported that pricing on the online scheduler is misleading. The main card shows a large, bold “base price”, while the actual total appears in much smaller text in the lower-left area. Customers can easily think the big number is what they’ll pay, then feel surprised when they notice the smaller total. They want the price they’ll actually pay to be obvious and easy to see—for example by making the total prominent and clearly labeling what is a “starting at” price versus the final price.

Why it matters: Clear, honest pricing in the scheduler builds trust and reduces confusion and frustration at checkout.
