Users want clear definitions of what counts as a quote, an unconfirmed inspection, and a draft—and where each shows up (worklists, search, scheduler stats). Today, worklists and follow-up are split: one for inspections and one for quotes, so schedulers have to switch between places and follow-up automation is built separately for each. Users are asking for quotes and unconfirmed inspections to be combined in one worklist (or one follow-up surface) so schedulers have a single place to work and automated follow-ups can treat them the same where it makes sense. Any change should document impact on connected tools (e.g. CRM) that react to “order created” vs “order completed.”
Why it matters: Simpler training and one place for follow-up reduce confusion and help schedulers close the loop on pre-confirmation work.
