Today, worklists and follow-up are split: one for inspections and one for quotes, so schedulers have to switch between places and follow-up automation is built separately for each. Users are asking for quotes and unconfirmed inspections to be combined in one worklist (or one follow-up surface) so schedulers have a single place to work and automated follow-ups can treat them the same where it makes sense. Any change should document impact on connected tools (e.g. CRM) that react to “order created” vs “order completed.”
