Modifiers determine what property fields are required - sqft etc

hi, not sure if this is a possibility but it might be worth considering removing the part of Attik that makes sqft, yr built, and units necessary to book a job. for manuals for example, that info isnt needed and sometimes unknown, so I jsut made it up to confirm the job

well you still need the sqft for manuals so ig uess it would really just be the age
