Missing Modifiers Category

Hello, am currently trying to edit our modifiers under our core inspections. The modifiers I have on the Home/Condo Inspection page are all correct, so I have moved on to the Pre-Listing Inspection Page. Here when I select “Add Modifier” and select “Compare”, within that modifier, when I try to select the type of Category, the only category available to select is “Request Fees”. I would like to select “Additional Structures/Units”, like I did under the Home/Condo Inspection page. Is there a way I can do that? I need to switch some of the modifiers that are currently listed as “No Category” to “Additional Structures/Units”, and I need to add some new modifiers under the “Additional Structures/Units” category.
