Users have reported that they can’t find or easily get to the summary report in the new report experience. They want to open or print the summary and use it (e.g. when with clients or vendors) without digging through the full report. Right now the summary doesn’t feel easy to locate.
Why it matters: Agents rely on the summary for quick answers; if it’s hard to find, the report feels harder to use in real-world situations.
