Users have reported that in the Limitations section (e.g. crawl space), all fields are showing "NA." Although that may be technically acceptable, users prefer to leave these off when they are not checked rather than displaying NA for every field. They want sections or fields that are not applicable or unchecked to be hidden or omitted so the report is cleaner and less confusing.
Why it matters: Unnecessary NA for unchecked items clutters the report; showing only relevant, checked items makes the WDO report easier to read.
