Inspector Permissions - Foundation Type

We have some inspectors who either through request or medical necessity are not able to inspect crawlspaces. It would be helpful to be able to have these inspectors excluded from the options provided in dispatch if the home has a crawlspace foundation type. I thought it might be easiest to use the foundation field as another matrix for the inspectors to control this permission.
