Incorrect Info for Pay Splits in Spectora

Waypoint Order 27139 Sea Breeze Way - Dec 5. was created in Attik and confirmed in Spectora. The standard fee for this service is $149 but this order was booked at $270, and there is a note in the spectora order confirming this is the correct amount. The Spectora Pay Splits calculated as if the order fee was the typical fee for that service despite the fee being pushed over from Attik being higher than the standard fee.

The pay splits section of Spectora shows it is calculating on the higher fee but the amount showing as to be paid to the inspector is the amount it would be if the standard base fee was applied rather than the higher fee of $270.

Cat asked if you could look into this first, rather than getting spectora involved since we don’t want their support team getting any idea of what we are doing currently with Attik. The screen shots show you the pay split setting for this inspector and what it looks like in the order.

I have already tried refreshing the pay split in the order and there is no change in what is being displayed.

I checked a few other orders to see if there were any others with similar issues but I did not see any.
