Hide inspector from public online scheduler while keeping them bookable internally

Managers need inspectors removed from the client-facing online booker during injury, ramp-up, or selective public availability—without archiving the person or relying only on long calendar blocks. Internal/office scheduling should still allow booking that inspector.
