Edit fee-related fields after the order is confirmed when they were missed at booking

Users want to change fee-related information (e.g. sides of stucco, number of detached buildings) on the work order after the job is confirmed when that information was not collected or was wrong at booking. Right now those fields are effectively locked once the order is confirmed, so client care or inspectors have to work around the system or manually adjust totals instead of updating the field and having the fee recalculate.

Why it matters: Information like square footage or stucco sides often isn’t known or entered correctly at scheduling; being able to edit it on the work order and have the fee update keeps pricing accurate without manual overrides.
