Discount Code - Customize Amount

Can a discount option be created that can be used when a specific amount needs to be discounted on an order? Meaning, if we need to discount $35.61, we can use this code, change the amount to what we need it to be, and when payroll is calculated the proper commission split for each individual inspector is removed?

Right now in Spectora, we can only create discount codes that are tied to specific amounts. For example, in Spectora “Discount” is tied to $25. Meaning, if we ever use this discount, Spectora takes the inspector’s commission from $25 no matter if the discount is more (like $75) or less (like $15).
