Users want a per-template setting so that only selected email templates are eligible to be sent manually (for example from the activity screen or worklist). By default, a template would not be eligible for manual send; they want to turn this on only for the templates where it makes sense (e.g. vendor or one-off emails).
Why it matters: Teams need to control which templates appear when sending a manual email, so the right templates are available for one-off sends without exposing every template for manual use.
