Change verbiage for Follow Ups Section of Action Flows

The Follow Ups section of Action Flows currently shows the trigger being a certain period of time "after job completed".

In this specific context (Follow-up Actions), it actually means “after the start time of the inspection”.

We need to change the text in the system from "after job completed" to "after the start time of the inspection" to eliminate the confusion.
