When a quote is rejected (e.g. after several call attempts with no answer), the client sees “rejected” in the portal and often thinks they can’t book anymore. Users want a friendlier status that can better support an automated reminder email so the client can come back and reschedule using the same quote—ideally with a link that takes them to a prepopulated booking flow instead of starting over.
Why it matters: Reduces confusion and lost bookings when clients just needed more time.
