Bug: Inspector Double Booked CHI

Users have reported a double booking for inspector DV Caitlyn appeared as available Feb 24 at 1pm even though he was not—he already had an inspection at that time. Attik showed that slot as first available, and the scheduler booked it, which caused a double booking.
