Bug: Event hover not opening on short-duration events

Users have reported that when calendar events are very short in duration, the hover box does not open to show the event details. It appears the drag handle is taking up enough of the event block that users cannot reliably hover the main content area to trigger the detail view.

Why it matters: Teams rely on the hover state to quickly review event information on the calendar, so short events become harder to inspect and manage when that interaction breaks.
