Allow online booked orders go straight to confirmed

Summary: Southeast runs their Spectora scheduler so orders booked online become confirmed immediately (no unconfirmed step). They want the same in Attik: a setting so that when a job is booked online it can be confirmed rather than unconfirmed. Currently Attik creates unconfirmed orders; SE does QC on the back end but wants the agent/client experience to feel “scheduled and done” like booking a haircut.

Agreed Solution: Add to the list: (1) Internal setting so “Book job” can create a confirmed order (e.g. checkbox), and/or (2) Setting that online scheduler orders go straight to confirmed. Chris noted unconfirmed is still useful for QC but agreed it’s the customer’s choice; if they have their own QC process, that’s fine. Unconfirmed-job action flow trigger would simply not fire if everything goes straight to confirmed.

Importance: SE (and legacy ISN/RA users) perceive lack of this as a blocker; it matches how they’ve operated for a long time.

Action Plan: Add to Linear/backlog; implement setting and wire online booking path to respect it.
