Aggregate Worklists

Users are concerned about having too many separate worklists—for example one for unpaid jobs, one for jobs that need an event, one for unconfirmed orders—so they end up opening the same order in several lists. They want a way to manage that: for example, the ability to tag orders by what needs to be addressed (e.g. unpaid, needs event, unconfirmed) so that an order can carry multiple tags and show up in a single list or view that filters by "any of these needs." That would reduce the number of worklists they maintain and how often they have to open the same order from different places.

Why it matters: Schedulers and office staff spend less time switching between worklists and get a clearer picture of what needs attention on each order without opening it from multiple lists.
