Agent usage and inspection count over time for action flows

Users want a first-party way to flag agent usage or inspection count as high, low, or trending over time, and to use that as a condition in action flows (e.g. trigger different emails or steps). They want this without relying on external or third-party tags. This is on the roadmap.

Why it matters: Teams need to automate follow-up or messaging based on how busy or active an agent or inspector is, using their own data.
