Addon Recommendations Re-ordering

I’m assuming that the order of that Addon Recommendations shows up in the order (to the scheduler) that it appears on the service list. We should be able to click and drag selected add-ons to change the order they appear in the addon recommendation selection of the service settings. This is useful so we can prioritize the most important recommendations first for the scheduler visually.
