Activity Feed Window

It appears that the same actions are showing up on the activity feed for everyone attached to the order (client, agent, listing agent). We cannot tell if it is one window displaying for everyone on the order of each person is getting the same emails. The way it is displaying now looks like the listing agent was sent an email letting them know the report is ready
